Gabriel Chávez, Legal Assistant

Gabriel Chávez joined Immigration Law of Montana, P.C. (ILOMT) in 2022 as a Legal Assistant. He is a licensed attorney in Venezuela with extensive experience in civil, commercial, banking, and U.S. immigration law. His cross-border legal background and fluency in both Spanish and English allow him to serve clients with precision, cultural awareness, and clarity.

At ILOMT, Gabriel plays a key role in preparing a wide range of immigration filings, including asylum applications, waivers, TPS, work permits, naturalization, and adjustment of status, as well as removal defense before the Immigration Court. He also has experience with employment-based immigration, including H-2B visas, H-1B petitions, and permanent residence through labor certification.

In addition, Gabriel has supported immigration-related federal court litigation, further strengthening his ability to address complex legal challenges across multiple forums.

He contributes to case strategy, legal research, and the drafting of persuasive client declarations and supporting evidence for both USCIS and EOIR submissions. He also provides translation services and manages Spanish-language communication to ensure an accessible and supportive process for clients.

His dedication, legal insight, and meticulous attention to detail make him a trusted and valued member of the ILOMT team.
