Maryangel joined Immigration Law of Montana P.C. (ILOMT) in 2023.
A licensed attorney in Venezuela, she earned her law degree from the Central University of Venezuela, where she is also currently pursuing a Master’s in Private and Comparative International Law. Her background combines strong legal training with experience in both public and private legal practice.
At ILOMT, Maryangel assists in a broad range of immigration matters, including affirmative and defensive asylum, family-based petitions (I-130), motions before the immigration court, TPS, employment authorization (EAD), adjustment of status (I-485), naturalization (N-400), waivers (I-601/I-601A), status renewals, and consular filings such as the DS-160. She plays a key role in the Intake department, working closely with Spanish-speaking clients to gather critical information and provide compassionate, informed guidance at the outset of their case.
Maryangel also has experience in staff supervision, legal drafting, private contract preparation, and advising on administrative, labor, and contractual law. In addition to her legal expertise, she holds certifications in digital marketing, business development, and language studies, including English and Japanese.
