Maryangel Aguilera Legal Assistant

Maryangel joined Immigration Law of Montana P.C. (ILOMT) in 2023.
A licensed attorney in Venezuela, she earned her law degree from the Central University of Venezuela, where she is also currently pursuing a Master’s in Private and Comparative International Law. Her background combines strong legal training with experience in both public and private legal practice.

At ILOMT, Maryangel assists in a broad range of immigration matters, including affirmative and defensive asylum, family-based petitions (I-130), motions before the immigration court, TPS, employment authorization (EAD), adjustment of status (I-485), naturalization (N-400), waivers (I-601/I-601A), status renewals, and consular filings such as the DS-160. She plays a key role in the Intake department, working closely with Spanish-speaking clients to gather critical information and provide compassionate, informed guidance at the outset of their case.
