How Collette Assists Clients and Our Attorney

Immigration law clients are often faced with a variety of emotional situations. Collette presents a calm, helpful and supportive demeanor as she handles their immediate needs, while patiently explaining procedures. She is a liaison between the clients and our attorney, maintaining open and frequent communication. We process the majority of our cases with USCIS using a third-party software system. This system, a kind of online database accessible through the Internet, enables us to help relatives outside of the United States efficiently and quickly. Our immigration law attorney looks to her often as the main contact with our clients to help them with the bureaucracy of the immigration process. The attorney relies on her for assistance drafting necessary documents, preparing documents and letters, research in obtaining legal documents needed for certain cases, meeting with the clients, and keeping the client files organized.

Before moving back to Billings Montana, Collette lived in Minneapolis, Seattle and Chicago. She has 20 years of experience in customer service which has provided her with exposure to many areas of diverse people. She believes it is important to continually increase her knowledge, not only in the legal field, but also in other areas that will enhance her ability to serve clients.
