Why A Strategy Consultation

We list our strategy consultation under our immigration services as we like to think of it as the most important immigration service that we offer you. In order to help you we have to understand you, your circumstances, your needs and your goals. Based on 20 years of experience as an immigration lawyer, I believe every client wants his or her attorney to achieve the client’s goals in the most efficient and cost-effective way. Moreover, it works. If you check our reviews and testimonials page, you will see many happy, satisified clients. For each of these clients, the process began with a strategy consultation.

Our Philosophy of Legal Services

We believe that the best legal advice comes from listening carefully to your immigration issue and providing you with all relevant information to your case. We also answer all of your questions. Our model for help is similar to that of a physician, informed consent. No longer do physicians tell you that you need a hip operation. Instead, they tell you what is wrong with your hip and how one operation may restore its function. They carefully go over the benefits and the possible complications with the surgery. Once you fully understand the pros and cons of the surgery or any other alternatives, you make the choice on your preferred route. After the strategy consultation, you will understand all your alternatives and the pros and cons associated with each one. We will certainly help you think through which route might be best in your circumstances.

What You Can Expect from the Strategy Consultation

In providing this service, we will examine any documents you have related to your issue. You will have our advice on how to solve it, along with explaining what we can do to help you. As part of our explanation, we will cover how long it will take and what you will need to do. Most importantly, once we understand your circumstances in full, we will quote you a flat fee for our professional services. We will also cover any filing fees with the government and any other fees for which you will be responsible.

Time and Money

Providing this kind of in depth advice takes time, which we don’t limit, you get as long as you need. But, we do charge for it. Our standard strategy session fee is $300. Some strategy sessions have higher fees like those for Canadian rehabilitation or those associated with employment issues. We do offer emergency consultations, a consultation on very short notice.

The Strategy Session Can Be Free

This fee that you pay is not just for the session, it goes to towards the legal fees for the service that you need. So if you hire us, you pay no more for having had a strategy session to begin with. If you don’t hire us, you have excellent legal advice for your issue, and you know where you stand with the immigration service.

How We Provide This Service

Although you may, you don’t have to come and see us to get this advice. We provide our strategy consultation in person, by phone or via Skype. Many clients after having a consultation sign up for our services, the plan that we discussed during the strategy session, without having met us in person.

Next Steps

We hope with this understanding about our strategy consultation it sounds appealing as a way of addressing your concerns. To us, it is proved its worth time and time again in helping clients. If you are convinced, please Schedule an Appointment and prepay for the consultation.
