Gabriel Chávez joined Immigration Law of Montana P.C. (ILOMT) in 2022 as a Legal Assistant. A licensed attorney in Venezuela with extensive experience in civil, commercial, banking, and U.S. immigration law, he brings a strong legal foundation and a cross-border perspective to our team. Gabriel is fluent in Spanish and English, allowing him to assist a wide range of clients with clarity and precision.
He supports the preparation of diverse immigration filings, including asylum applications, waivers, TPS, work permits, naturalization, and adjustment of status, as well as removal defense. Gabriel also contributes to strategy development, legal research, and the drafting of client declarations and supporting evidence for USCIS and Immigration Court submissions.
In addition to his legal work, Gabriel provides document translation and assists with Spanish-language client communication to ensure a supportive and accessible process. His dedication, legal insight, and attention to detail make him a reliable and valued member of the ILOMT team.
