How Immigration Law of Montana, P.C. Can Help You

Immigration Law of Montana, P.C., specializes in helping residents of Montana, Montanans, with immigration matters. This general immigration practice firm has successfully helped a wide range of clients: From an individual in Kalispell, MT needing help getting a fiancé to the United States to an investor wanting to start a business in Bozeman, MT that provides immigration status. We have helped clients, individuals and businesses, from all the major cities in Montana, Billings, Missoula, Great Falls, Butte and Helena. We don’t just help big city residents either. We have helped clients from the four corners of Montana, Eureka, Hamilton, Glendive and Glasgow.

With 18 years experience practicing only immigration law, no matter your immigration issue, we can help. Sometimes all you need is just some good advice so you understand what is and isn’t possible. We always analyze every issue carefully and explain your all your options. If you know exactly what you want to accomplish, and you have already researched everything about getting that agricultural temporary help, an H-2A visa, but it is all too confusing, we can just start working on getting your worker. Similarly, if you just got married and you know you need a “green card” so your spouse can stay, and you just want someone to help so no mistakes mess up your very important relationship, we can make the lawful permanent resident process as painless as possible. If you are not sure you even have an immigration issue, we can help you sort it out.

In addition to helping Montanans, Immigration Law of Montana, P.C. has helped clients from the Rocky Mountain states of Colorado, North and South Dakota, Wyoming, Utah and Idaho. Located in South Eastern Montana, we may be the closest immigration attorney for residents of Western North Dakota and Wyoming. Experienced immigration attorneys are few and far between. We have helped many clients in Dickinson and Williston, ND, and Sheridan and Casper, WY. Some of clients have been pleasantly surprised comparing our fees to the fees charged by immigration attorneys in Colorado. In States like Colorado with more immigrants, you usually see more immigration lawyers, but if the balance isn’t right demand drives up prices. Many former clients who have relocated across the United States have also requested our services when a new immigration need arose. Wherever you are located, Immigration Law of Montana, P.C. can assist you with friendly Montana style immigration help.
